All Users and Groups Report will show all the registered users and their assigned groups.

The purpose of this report is:

  • Identify the list of inactive users. Report will show which users have not been active since 90 days. The System Owner should decide whether the user should be disabled for security reason.
  • Identify the list of users that has been disabled in Active Directory (AD).
    Even though one user might have left the company and AD-access is disabled, in the application, the status might still be enabled.
    This report can help to check which users have been disabled in AD.
  • The System Owner and IT representative can do regular review about active user lists.
