eCatalog has important feature, which is Schedule Jobs.


The Schedule Job will run at the background, and will only run at specified schedule job.


With this schedule job, IT administrators or Developers do not have to create separate Windows Schedule Task to run background job.

Schedule job makes it easy for IT administrators to view, start and stop the schedule job process.



Following are some actions you can perform:

  • To execute schedule job manually
  • To stop running schedule job
  • To reset schedule job to default
  • To change the process mode, whether it is internal schedule job or external schedule job
  • To change whether system should log the process
  • To change the schedule.
  • To view the history of schedule job, when it was running and the status.



Modifying the Schedule 

The system allows you to set, change the default schedule or remove it.

To change the schedule, click Edit and go to the Schedule tab.

You can set schedule to hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
