Updating User Details and Managing Task Delegation


Modifying User Details:

Administrators or users themselves can update their profiles to keep information current and relevant. This includes adding a photo, modifying the description, and adjusting other pertinent details.

To update a photo: Simply click the 'Edit' button near the user photo to upload a new image or change the existing one. This helps in maintaining an up-to-date and recognizable profile.

Empowering Task Delegation:

The Task Delegation panel is a powerful feature designed to ensure continuity of work. Users can assign others to manage their tasks during absences, such as vacations or business trips.


To delegate a task: Navigate to the Task Delegation panel, select the user to whom you wish to delegate tasks, and specify the active period for the delegation. This setup allows the designated user to take action on behalf of the absent user, ensuring that critical tasks are handled without interruption.


These functionalities enhance the flexibility and efficiency of managing user responsibilities within the eCatalog, supporting a collaborative and adaptive work environment.
