Scheduled Jobs are a critical feature of eCatalog, designed to automate and manage background tasks without the need for separate scheduling tools like Windows Scheduled Tasks. This functionality allows IT administrators and developers to efficiently oversee and control various automated processes directly within eCatalog. The scheduler/Cron Jobs run on the website, without require to create windows task on the server.

Key Capabilities of Scheduled Jobs:


  • Scheduling Flexibility
    Set jobs to run on a specific schedule—hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly—according to the needs of your operations.
  • Manual Execution
    Provides the ability to trigger any scheduled job manually, offering immediate execution as required.
  • Stopping and Resetting Jobs
    Stop running jobs if necessary, or reset them to their default parameters to ensure they operate as originally configured.
  • Process Mode Configuration
